This has been a family favorite for a long time. It does come with the warning that it should not be used by those with salt restrictions. When cooking the chicken it will flare up quite a bit especially when the fat starts melting so it will be close to impossible to keep the chicken out of the flames. When finished the chicken will be black on the outside however moist and juicy on the inside.
In a medium saucepan mix together
 1 stick butter
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs salt
1 Tbs garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
mix and warm all the ingredients in the pan
turn off the heat and marinate the chicken for an hour.
BBQ the chicken on the grill. This will require constant attention.
The chicken will flare up as you place it over the heat. Once all of the chicken is on the grill remove the first piece and dunk it back in the marinade and place it back on the grill. Continue this process until the chicken is fully cooked.
